Police are looking for a driver who crashed into another car on American Legion Highway at Mt. Hope Street Wednesday afternoon - hard enough to flip the other car over.

The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m. when the driver - whom police say had been spotted speeding and driving erratically moments before - plowed into a car whose driver was turning left onto Mt. Hope. The driver, whose vehicle had been reported stolen, stopped and helped the other driver - who was not injured - out of the car, then walked away.
