Something different for St. Patty's this year?

We’re throwing a party at the Hyatt Regency Boston. The people there will be in their late twenties, through their thirties. We usually get a pretty cool crowd of people and I think having this kind of party will give everybody an alternative to the bedlam that takes over the bars around the city. Check out more here. We’ll have a dinner option, plus all the drinks, but I think its going to be a more relaxed scene. What do you think?

Rainy Day Board Games

The next installment of the board game night I help run in Allston at the Common Ground is happening (tomorrow) Tuesday, May 16th. We have about 35 board and card games to play. It's 21+ to get in and free admission (with food and/or beverage purchase). The Common Ground is at 85 Harvard Avenue in Allston. The nearest subway stop is the corner of Harvard/Comm Ave on the Green Line's "B" Train. The 66 and 57 buses also stop near by. They have surprisingly good food so come for dinner and then stay for the games.

There's , too.

More Cool Community Journalism Tools

I just sign-up this Free service.  Some of their multimedia features caught my interest are:

- an online video blogging feature: simply drag & drop videos and publish instantly,

- an online recording for podcast: you can even record Skype conversation and use it for your own podcasting,

- another interesting feature is the "Audio slideshow" - you just need to upload your digital photos and record some narration online, you then got a
"Talkingslideshow; It's great for Show' N Tell your stories.
