Update: Thanks to a reader who is far more eagle-eyed, we've updated the story because there are three candidates from Massachusetts listed on that ballot.

Take a look at an official New Hampshire Democratic primary ballot and after you realize that Joe Biden isn't listed (because he believes New Hampshire has had more than its 15 minutes worth of first-primary-in-the-nation fame), you'll notice three candidates from Massachusetts: Perennial head-boot wearer and pony promiser Vermin Supreme of Rockport and Don Picard of Cambridge. Cambridge Day reports the city of Cambridge has sued the Lexington Planning Board over its approval of a 5.5-acre solar-panel project along Rte. 128 near Cambridge's Hobbs Brook Reservoir. Cambridge is asking a judge to "annul" the board's approval over the project's potential impact on the water supply, including the loss of roughly 1,000 trees.

Tipped over dump truck

Tim had plenty of time to ponder the tipped-over dump truck on Rte. 128 north at Rte. 2 around 3:30 p.m., more than two hours after it lost verticality, because it jammed up the road like nobody's business. MassDOT reports the spill forced the shutdown of three lanes in each direction; State Police report there were injuries.

Solar-panel enabled noise-barrier wall

MassDOT reports it's negotiated a deal with two solar companies to outfit an existing 3,000-foot stretch of noise-barrier wall along Rte. 128 northbound in Lexington with solar panels as a pilot to see if the walls can be used to generate solar power and reduce the state's carbon footprint.
