Today is January 18th... a full 18 days after the switchover was to have happened on January 1st. I am still not listed on the plan...yet every time "we" call ( and by "we," I mean myself and our local CVS pharmacy) we are told that I will be added in 72 hours. Let's see... so far you are only off by 432 hours in getting the change-over made. Gosh, I hope my father isn't as slow with his will. ...
