It's usually pretty windy at the base of the Hancock at Clarendon Street and St. James Avenue, but this might be a bit extreme even for that spot. Sean Donahue spotted this pair this morning, wonders: "Huh?"

At 6 p.m., about 75 French citizens in Boston and supporters gathered at the French consulate on St. James Avenue for a vigil in memory of the victims of the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris and to declare their support for the free expression of ideas.

The Boston Fire Department reports a person was found dead at the bottom of an elevator shaft at 31 St. James Ave. shortly after 10 a.m.
WHDH reports the man tried to jump from a stuck elevator to the basement level, but missed and fell into the sub-basement.
