Hello World: My wife and I founded Tres Gatos in 2011, after running a small book & record shop named Rhythm & Muse in JP for over 10 years. Last year, with our partner Keith Harmon, we renovated and reopened Centre Street Cafe, keeping the spirit of the previous weekend brunch menu and adding an Italian menu featuring house made pasta at night. We are committed to running true neighborhood restaurants that offer a great place to work for our employees, support local farms and small vendors, participate in the cultural life of JP, and give back to the community as much as possible.
