Red Mass Group response to Blue Mass Group "voting scandal"

Patrick at Red Mass Group points out that David and others at Blue Mass Group are grasping for straws with their argument that Scott Brown is violating elections law. He points out that Martha Coakley is doing the exact same thing, too.

Scott Brown encouraged his supporters to vote absentee ballot without mentioning that the law requires a person to be unavailable to vote on Election Day in order to use an absentee ballot. Brown did not advise his supporters of that requirement ... until Blue Mass Group posted an article about it. Now Scott Brown's web page advises supporters of that requirement.

What 's funny is that Brown filed legislation to defund ASCORN for voter fraud and other "criminal" activity. Look who enagaged in a conspiracy for voter fraud.

Coakley, as much as a dislike her as a candidate, from the did in fact notify her supporters that they must be unavailable on Election Day to vote absentee.
