University Development in Boston

Harvard University made headlines recently when they admitted they were slowing down their massive Allston redevelopment plan because of the slowing economy. Now residents are worried the place will be left barren and blighted for years. Meanwhile residents near BC are unhappy with plans the college has to build new dorms and other buildings on the former Archdiocesan Campus in Brighton. On Radio Boston at 1 on Friday, we're hoping to hear from folks who are interested in these projects, but also from people who have ideas about the responsibilites these important institutions have to their neighbors. Given the fact that Boston is such a college town, I'm hoping people have lots to say. Get the conversation started early at www.radioboston.org.
