City to pull out of even more community centers than libraries

The Dorchester Reporter prepares users of these centers for the news tomorrow, when Mayor Tom Menino proposes a budget that assumes non-profit groups will want to continue running the eight community centers he wants to excise from city responsibilitiy.

Scream armageddon and claim victory when you only close 40% of your original proposal. OK gang - that means the under/over on actual community centers closed is 3.2. Place your bets, place your bets - 15% vig to me (according to the headline on the Herald site gambling is almost legal in Mass - so the vig goes to 25% for all bets after gambling is made legal, so what are you waiting for?).
