Horror stories
I'm not over there much, but I hear a lot of horror stories from people who bike in that area about aggressive driving on the part of the longwood shuttle drivers. There is frustration about the lack of accountability- unlike the T, you can't call in a complaint based on route and bus number.

I've been meaning to lodge complaints here and there but have procrastinated. Now I feel guilty.

You can be the most careful bus driver in the world but if someone steps off the curb, there's not a lot you can do. And now this driver has to live with the memory of such a tragic event.
That intersection is a
That intersection is a deathtrap and it makes absolutely no sense to me why it wasn't carefully redesigned when Huntington Avenue was rebuilt a few years ago.
Oh, yeah.
Walking across that street is a real doozy. Cars tear around that corner onto Ruggles even when the pedestrian light is on.
