At BU, keep your friends close - and your electronics closer

Boston University reports a spike in robberies of laptops, smart phones and other gizmos in the past couple of weeks. Mugar Memorial Library, the George Sherman Union, and FitRec are all targets, but sharp-eyed thieves are on the prowl for unlocked empty rooms and other opportunities. Campus police suspect just one or two purloiners are responsible:
