Look, up in the air! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's photographer Paul Keleher! Taking a photo of the iconic gas tank.

What!
You mean, he wasn't shot down for taking a picture?
Is that an LNG tank?
I think those paint blotches are from when they were trying to decide what color to paint the tank. Then someone happened to mention to the painters that an LNG tank of that size can level the metro area. The painters immediately left for the distant suburbs and didn't come back.
Ho ho ho
Ho Chi Mihn's mug is pretty clear from this angle.
TERRORISTS!
TERRORISTS!
Back in the day
I remember the days of TWO gas tanks. Yeah, I know. Showing my age...
solar array
They are building a solar panel array to the left of the tank. they also graded the trail base for an off-road trail that would take users from Morrissey Blvd over to Victory Road and gave an easement to DCR. Now we just need the $ for design and construction!
Even Older...
I remember when there was one, and it wasn't this one.
(Does anyone have a photo of that plain gray metal tank, which rose and fell depending upon the amount of gas stored within? I searched for one to post with this, but no luck.)
