Which reminds me of a little story....in my youth I worked at Sears Package Pick-up and I remember one day seeing a van parked at "Package Pick-Nose" and it had written on the side the name of a clown, "available for birthday parties, etc.." We were sort of joking about it because a different clown had been in the paper the previous week as part of a domestic violence report -- "naked woman flees local clown's house" or some such Onion-worthy headline. We were joking about that when this very non-clown looking guy tore into us for "talking shit about people you don't know anything about!" He got into the van and drove off.

It was a little window into a seamy underside of a clown community apparently very tight and protective of its own. I've never been able to look at a clown the same way again...

Although I still find myself talking shit about people I don't know.

"Getting testy", "speaking aggressively", etc strikes me as a pretty sketchy basis for an arrest and prosecution. We would need 30 more prisons to hold all the Massholes.

At least he's not accused of assault and battery with a dangerous seltzer bottle.
