Seems my kid picked a good summer/fall to grow 5" and wear "high water" pants. Maybe I'll hold off replacing them, if current conditions continue.

Did somebody hack the sign, or was this image photoshopped?

Sorry, but I can't imagine any sign engineer in their right mind actually allowing the word 'WICKED' to be displayed to traffic on a message board.

Then again, this is the DCR, so ......

And you have a point- there's nothing wrong with using the local vernacular to get your point across.

Guess I'm just too used to seeing more formal wording on highway signs.

Changing traffic warning signs to something funny is a time honored sport:

The signs have a locked box covering the console where messages are entered and are relatively easy to open and sometimes even left unlocked or with default passwords that are well known.
