Wilkerson vows to return

The Herald talks to the soon-to-be-a-number ex-state Senator, who says she and Chuck Turner were set up and treated more harshly than Tom Finneran and John Tierney's wife. Also vows to return to public service after her 3 1/2-year sentence.

Typical that she would be claiming discrimination, ignoring the fact that she is a repeat offender.

Remember her claim of threats from South Boston to justify her campaign fund violations, claiming it was spent on security? When in doubt, give a kick to Southie and the Globe will fall into line.

Diane, spare us from further "public service," other than mopping the floors at FCI Danbury, please.

In the spirit of mayor Marion Barry, "the bitch (Southie) set me up."

Before this interview it was really disturbing. Now just really disturbed. The least she could have done was rat a few people out that we wouldn't mind seeing the back of.
