Hundreds of rowdy, drunken people rounded up at weekend festival

No, not the Boston Carnival. Boston Police report just three arrests there. We're talking about the Country Music Festival at Gillette, where, the Herald reports, as only the Herald can:

Cops rounded up hundreds of drunk and rowdy country-music fans in Foxboro over the weekend in yet another round of boozy, violent mayhem at a Bay State summer concert.

DotRat, who was there, posts photos and suggests the cops were themselves out of control:

[T]he police were just going straight Nazi throwing people in jail left and right. I guess one chick was thrown in the clink after she walked into one of the mens rooms.

MMmmm If this was the Southie Parade..... BPD Allows all of the minority group to consume in public but arrest all White Irish kids for doing the same. Double standard much?

Plenty of tickets were handed out at both parades.

Buddy I was there. I've gone to both parades for the past 5 years. I saw arrests and tickets being issued at both. Maybe I'll give the BPPA a call and see what they can tell me.

Also why is it every time you criticize someone for being a total cock it's called white guilt?

You sounded like a jack ass and I called you out on it. Don't let that WASP face of yours get all red cause somebody on the internet called you out for being a jerk.

Yeah, if there's one thing we need more of, it's police action against minorities. All those black and Hispanic guys, just living the high life, while us white dudes suffer under the yoke of BPD oppression.

Do you even think, before you type?

DotRat should read some books about living under the Nazi's then DotRat would be less likely to throw the term around so loosely.
Or better, DotRat should talk to some people who had dealings with the SS. Those talks could give DotRat some much needed perspective.

Or DotRat was referring to the Gestapo's practice of arresting people randomly without using much discretion. Maybe you should read a few books.

That's the sound of the true Foxboro casino. Every event is a smorgasboard of public intoxication citations ready to be written.
