The Globe's Andrew Ryan tweets that the first person to take out papers for mayor today was Althea Garrison. She now needs to collect 3,000 signatures to get on the preliminary ballot.

You should post a Poll "What party will she run for." This individual is a nut job, she has run as a Rep, Dem, Independent Progressive and an Independent. Ooooo Maybe this time around she go green!
