the trees in Nova Scotia are loaded buried (like their people) head first..must be an acadian thing...los arboles Quebecois, on the other hand, usually arrive trunk/feet first..you can look it up ;-)

The tree is a present to us, in gratitude for the people of Boston having, nearly 100 years ago, done the right thing for a neighbor in need, in a big way.

from the Faneuil Hall Market Place marketing folks: "The tree is from Long Island, NY I am pretty sure the company is located in upstate NY. " does LI have trees this big?

I believe the Nova Scotia tree goes up at the pru?

still a good story though
