Preliminary report is the man walked into the side of the bus? if memory serves me correct a similar incident happened in Cambridge and the Transit police reported a women walked into the side of the bus and the cameras on the bus show that the bus struck the woman as she was crossing the street.

This happened outside my apartment. The man was deaf and walked out between two parked cars, the bus did not see him and hit him. He did essentially walk into the side of the bus.

happened here, but I've noticed more and more pedestrians have heads down looking at their smartphones and are not paying attention to what's going on around them in the physical space.

what's scary is people aren't even looking down at smart phones yet behave like they are. Sleep walking.
