Some BU employees go payless after scammer redirects their direct deposits

BU Today reports 10 employees didn't get paid last month because somebody gained access to their direct-deposit information and had the payments routed elsewhere.

The university suspects a devious phisher somehow convinced the employees to hand over their information with sophisticated - and bogus - requests for the information.
