93 car fire sends plume of smoke into the rain

Cara and Christopher report a car fire on I-93 northbound at the Charlestown/Somerville line that can be smelled from the Community College T stop and which now has traffic backed to the tunnel.

Driving on 99 North and drove
Driving on 99 North and drove by the accident (about 20 minutes ago. 4 cars hit inside tunnel). Traffic is all backed up on 99 South.
