Missing ring sought

Although I am not very hopeful, consider this a desperate plea. I was in Boston over the weekend visiting friends and on Sunday night while walking home from The North Star [on Friend Street] I realized that my engagement ring was no longer on my finger. While I am aware that it is only a material item, there are no words to describe how meaningful my engagement ring is to both me and my husband. I have no other way to describe how I am feeling than utterly devastated. I have seen things like this on social media before, and am hoping that someone out there will recognize how special this ring is to me and will return it if they find it. I am hoping that people in the Boston area will share this post in hopes of my getting my ring back.
