The Globe reports on sale of "the last big chunk of open land" - some ten blocks worth - to a Chestnut Hill developer best known for its malls.

having this much land...
...is a great opportunity to create something unique and with significant public amenity (ies)....why am I not holding my breath?
Build
Build the gratuitous luxury condos, ground floor retail spaces and with no parking. Get it over with since this is the last large parcel of available land. Then give the BRA their pink slips.
