Delays due to Vice Presidential motorcade

More specifically, due to the motorcade passing by the junction at JFK/UMass (what, you thought we meant this junction?).

Because they shut down everything within a certain radius. Doesn't matter if it's grade-separated or not. It's the same reason B line and commuter rail service was suspended for the presidential motorcade on the Turnpike last year(?).

I don't know the motorcade's route, but if it crosses over the tracks at Columbia Rd, I bet there is a potential scenario the Secret Service thought up of someone blowing up a train underneath the bridge while the VP was on it.
