Commuters get no prize when Red Line train up and dies

Somewhere, a Red Line train paid its fare to the ferryman and now riders who just want to get home get to enjoy the company of their fellow commuters. At 6:17 p.m., Mark Peter Detwiler reported:

Can we have trains that work
Can we have trains that work in summer's heat? We are in a temperate climate zone; other communities are worse. Is this rocket science?
Those trains are probably older than you are
Assuming you are under 40.
Do you drive a 40 year old car? Would you trust a 40 year old car on a hot summer day or in the dead of winter.
I give Baker a partial pass on this, as opposed to first term Patrick and Romney. Infrastructure is key. When it gets ignored, things like this happen.
