Mission Hill murder victim identified

Boston Police and friends identify the man found fatally shot inside 55 Fenwood Rd. on Wednesday as Eden Jacquet, 30.
Friends have set up a GoFundMe page to help his family, including his young daughter, Elaina.

This is the best picture you have of Eden? He was my friends brother, and you could and should have done a better job. I'm going to guess you're white..
Why I chose the photo
It's the photo he used himself on his own Facebook page.
There were tons of photos showing him with his daughter, all of which show what a good father he was and are now pretty heartbreaking, but I don't feel comfortable posting photos of little kids in a case like this.

There were several other pictures you could have used. Please, don't tell me you don't know how to photoshop. You wanted to depict him as someone who deserves his fate. You sir, disgust me.
It's not his fault
Not sure what your point is here but if this was his profile pic what else should he have done???? I understand this has been a painful experience but this is how this young man wanted to represent himself. No knock on universalhub but I'm sure more people visited his fb page than this article. I have lost direct friends due to gun violence and we have to accept how they represented themselves to the world. It's not the authors responsibility to do that. It's really up to the person. My condolences to you and your peeps.

33 came from BPD, which also got his last name wrong, which at least I was able to fix.
Why does it matter?
Not much difference between 30 and 33 ... both are way too young to die.
