Dunkin' Donuts across from Dunkin' Donuts - for fans of the Revere Dunkin' Donuts that's across the street from another Dunkin' Donuts (which you might also recall from the 2014 tornado, in which a bystander pointed to a displaced Dunkin' Donuts sign and said "We're not sure if that belongs to that Dunkin' Donuts on that side or the one behind the Sunoco gas station").

Squire Road is a formidable route. More notable is the Hot Gus warehouse behind one DD, and the other side DD is almost at the rotary of Broadway, where also was the China restaurant with the oval door!

The Dunkin' Donuts just across the lobby from the other Dunkin' Donuts at Back Bay station, and the Dunkin' Donuts around the corner from the other Dunkin' Donuts at Government Center, with the Starbucks in between.

Thankfully we have commissions that have determined that there's a public need for each, so we need not worry ourselves whether we might have too many of them.

And like the two Dunkin Donuts across from each other on Revere Beach Parkway in Everett. Gotta make sure no one needs to turn around to get their dunks!

The DD by the Amtrak is a full service one that you go to if you want everything from coffee to hot food. The DD on the other side is a DD "Express" which serves no hot food.

Don't forget the two Dunkins on the concourse at North Station! With a bonus one across Causeway St.

One on Canal at Causeway which is consistently full of zombified junkies and one at the corner of Causeway and Lancaster across from the place that used to be Penalty Box//Chet's Last Call. Not as many zombies in there but always a person at the entrance soliciting donations.

When I worked in Salem I used to stop for breakfast at that one on the Parkway just after Bell Circle. Or if that one was too busy, the one up the Lynnway, across from the other one...

There's a Dunkin across the street from a Starbucks, with a Panera and a Dunkin a block away on Stuart, from which you can see the Dunkin opposite Tufts Dental.

Look closely. Now turn around. That's one Starbucks visible from another Starbucks.

They're all over downtown and Back Bay, scattering into Fenway, Kenmore, BU, and Longwood Medical Area. There's just one in the South End and one in South Boston, a couple in Allston and Brighton, then none at all in any Boston neighborhood south of Tremont and Dartmouth streets.

Did you know there are two CVS's in Medford Square? One at either end.

You can stand at one CVS in Harvard Square and see two others!

I've never understood why.

I believe there are now only two CVSs in Harvard Square -- the old one just north of the Coop and the new one where the Tasty once was (and Citizens Bank was more recently). The third one on JFK Street closed.

That Green line stop at CC lets out more people than I think I have ever seen get off at a train station. I bet that corner CVS gets enough business from just rush hour people getting off that train, and the other CVS is on the other side of the street and has parking behind it.

It is funny how a Walgreens lasted so long there as well!!

I was just at that dunks on Saturday! Sometimes I wonder which one I should go to, should I get my coffee before shopping or after? That helps me decide on which one..
