Suspect in Mission Hill sexual assault captured

Boston Police report arresting a Roxbury man for an attempted rape in Fitzgerald Park Saturday afternoon.
Jose Cepeda, 32, was charged with indecent assault and battery and intent to rob, police say.
Innocent, etc.

Is this the euphemism of the century or what? Why don't we charge people with "Rape" and "Attempted Rape" etc...
