East Boston fire shows importance of being really careful with a blowtorch, BFD says

The Boston Fire Department reports a two-alarm fire at 137 Paris St. Saturday morning was sparked by a blowtorch being applied to an outside water spigot in an attempt to unfreeze an outside water line during the cold snap that day.
