Patriots fans at 9 a.m. on Boylston Street

Luisa LaSalle shows us Boylston Street at 9 a.m., two hours before the start of the Patriots Duck Boat procession (which will start at the Pru, head down Boylston, turn left on Tremont and end at City Hall).

when I exited Boylston station just before 9:30. Based on the Green Line radio chatter I heard, the T shut down Government Center station at 9:30.

Can anyone confirm this? Disability commission said Gov Center would be open, with accessible viewing spot at City Hall.

Government Center Station will be temporarily closed today from 9:30 am until the conclusion of the Patriots' Celebration.

For public safety reasons, and to help prevent overcrowding, Government Center Station will be temporarily closed from 9:30 am through the duration of the Patriots Celebration. For Blue Line service close to City Hall Plaza, please board/exit at nearby Bowdoin or State Street Stations. For Green Line service, please board/exit at Haymarket or Park Street Stations.

I was driving to MGH around 1230pm coming over from Charlestown; I sat in traffic on Causeway and watched for over 5 minutes while an ambulance tried to get thru to but didn't go anywhere
