Luisa LaSalle shows us Boylston Street at 9 a.m., two hours before the start of the Patriots Duck Boat procession (which will start at the Pru, head down Boylston, turn left on Tremont and end at City Hall).

Corner of Boylston and Tremont was already packed
when I exited Boylston station just before 9:30. Based on the Green Line radio chatter I heard, the T shut down Government Center station at 9:30.
Can anyone confirm this?

I was driving to MGH around 1230pm coming over from Charlestown; I sat in traffic on Causeway and watched for over 5 minutes while an ambulance tried to get thru to but didn't go anywhere
