That rotary is the only part of that road that works. Every other intersection from Columbus ave to forest hills is insane.

That stretch of the street is lined with businesses where people drop in quickly like Tails, the liquor store, and a number of take out restaurants. I'm there all the time and there are always people double parked in the bike lane (and I'm unfortunately sometimes one of them). It would be great for the businesses, cyclists, and traffic if they could take about 1/3 of the spaces and make them 15 minute parking during business hours so that there's always turnover and more spots are available.

I know I'm getting old, but is it really that long since that intersection was ripped up and re-built? No mention of the previous work in the article. No doubt the city has nothing better to do with the money.

I'd like to take this time to personally thank Kinopio for his tax money that is being spent on this road repair project. Thank you fine sir!
