Was the driver channeling a cab driver with a "broken" credit card machine?
a man and a woman who said they had been dropped off by Colon and then realized they had left a cellphone in his car. They asked the driver to return the phone in exchange for payment.
Did they offer to pay a reward to the driver for the phone? Or did they offer to compensate him for his time to come back and return it to them? Or did they threaten to use a Lyft mechanism to prevent the driver being paid for the original trip? Or?
