So the city can spend millions on olympic bids, formula one, lawsuits against PDT, immigration lawyers, handouts to billion dollar multi-national corporations, six figure PR positions, Taj Mahal administrative buildings, and the like........ but basic infrastructure like water mains and funding for the Boston Water & Sewer Commission NOT SO MUCH!

Boston Water and Sewer has a multi-million dollar capital funding program. Boston experiences far fewer water and sewer main breaks than other east coast cities of a similar age like Philadelphia and Baltimore.
