There's a dead train at Chinatown making Orange Line riders frown

Why is the T reasonably good about sending out text notices when these delays happen (I got one at 4:17) but then there's never any follow-up.
A "regular service has resumed" text would be helpful - and considerate.
But from the T....crickets. Just crickets.

Also, it would be more useful if they told us what direction has the delay. A dead train on the northbound track might not impact southbound traffic (at least not immediately).
