The address lists just "Broadway". Was Broadway not divided in the past?

Not sure, but the numbers don't change. This was the corner of D & West Broadway, where the Shell station was before they recently tore it down.

Originally I don't believe it was divided. By the time Blinstrubs was around it was sectioned by East and West. It was at that time though called by residents "little Broadway" (East) and "big Broadway" (West).
Forgotten (by most) fact: Broadway once ran all the way to Park Square! The Mass Pike construction did away with that, but there is one small section left in Bay Village. A second small section by Legal Seafood was renamed "Park Plaice" in recent years.

I didn't know Park Place was originally a section of Broadway. The section in Bay Village between the end of Piedmont St and Melrose St is still called Broadway.
And speaking of nightclubs that burned down, the Cocoanut Lounge had an exit on that section of Broadway.

The Yuppies just call it Broadway Street.

Yup, except "place" in this situation is spelled "plaice", like the fish. Legal Seafood started it which the city officially adopted, renaming the street sometime in the aughts.

I've always wanted to go to a place that had dinner and a GOOD show? Not like the hokey mystery dinner things. Thinking more like this type of place or Ricky Ricardo's Tropicana.

Until City WInery opens? No, not Copcabanaish or Blinstrubish or Chateau de Ville-ish, but then, what is these days?
