Arty East Boston shipyard gets even artier as ICA readies new space

Greg Cook takes us inside the Watershed - the former copper-pipe facility in the Boston Harbor Shipyard the ICA has turned into an exhibit space. It formally opens on July 4.

It seems a great place for a cool gallery, especially when the weather might be less than agreeable for checking out the shipyard's out-of-doors artiness.

But what's going to be done with the space for the half-year the ICA won't be using it? It might make an interesting performance space for local musicians/thespians.
