Jonathan Levitt spotted this spun-out BU shuttle bus at Packards Corner shortly before 10:30 tonight.
Can it spin the rear wheels and get the passengers to push the rear end sideways?
Students don't push buses. If they did, they would be walking.
How could anything possibly go wrong with that?
the T has the sense to take the articulated busses out of service when the snow comes down for just this reason. (or course the T doesn't add additional busses to make up for the lost capacity, but that's another gripe...)
Curb extensions reduce clearance to inches with no snow.
