Hundreds of people marched in the annual Double Ten parade in honor of Taiwan's National Day from Chinatown to City Hall Plaza this morning.

In one of those only-in-Boston moments, British regulars marching from Long Wharf to their encampment on Boston Common had to halt in Downtown Crossing to let the Double Ten marchers through. Or maybe they knew that the Double Ten marchers had their own troop of Minutemen and just were not ready for a confrontation:
