Harbor Point murder suspect nabbed in Rhode Island motel room, police say

Boston Police report arresting Marquis Martin today for the October 29 murder of David Cole in the Columbia Point complex.

Police say Boston fugitive and homicide detectives, assisted by US marshals and Rhode Island officers arrested Martin in a motel room in Middletown, RI.

Police say Martin is also charged with shooting a man sitting in a car on Eustis Street in Roxbury not long before Cole was fatally shot.
