Jury acquits man in Charles River drowning

A Suffolk Superior Court jury today acquitted Lenny Quintero-Flores of Malden on a manslaughter charge for the drowning death of Mitchell Harrison in June, 2016, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

Prosecutors had charged that Mitchell Harrison died because Quintero-Flores had pushed him into the Charles near the Massachusetts Avenue Bridge while Harrison was either asleep or intoxicated.
