Man steps on puppy head and runs off. East Boston greenway.

Around noon on the East Boston Greenway, a strange man with a heavy Spanish accent ran over to a white Maltese puppy and stomped on it, breaking the pup's jaw. The pup is now over at Angell Memorial. The man is between 25 and 30 years old, wearing a sleeveless shirt and shorts. He's about 5'8" tall and speaks with a Spanish accent. If you have any information please call the police.

There is a closer emergency animal hospital, Blue Pearl in Charlestown. Was the dog taken there?

The woman in this video said on facebook that it was taken to angel memorial. But it doesn't really matter as the story is real as you can see below.
