How about “Community members should be vigilant while walking throughout campus and surrounding areas both during the day and at night and to take the appropriate precautions TO NOT ATTACK AND GROPE AND RAPE PEOPLE.”

This is really scary, I hope she is okay and getting the care she needs, stuff like this can really mess you up for awhile.
