New Orange Line train roars through North Station

And then, of course, because this was one of those sparkly new trains, with air conditioning and doors that work and no rust, it just kept on going on yet another test run, this time through North Station, as Chris stood there and watched this morning.

I get the feeling they're going to "test run" these trains until their parts wear out and they're just as bad as the existing stock.

...thinking of that episode of MASH where they were triple-bunking wounded in Post-Op because they couldn't evacuate them - some Lieutenant back at HQ had signed for the ambulances and didn't want to send them where they might get shot at or blown up (such as a hospital 3 miles from the front lines)
