Ashmont service comes to a halt, derailed train is at fault

The MBTA has replaced trains with buses along the Ashmont line due to a train that came off the rails just past the station. Count on an hour to get from Ashmont to JFK.
TV stations rushed their helicopters to the scene because a derailed train brings all the copters to the Ashmont yard.

And the guy at the station told them the bus will pick them up "somewhere on Dot Ave"

Nostalgic
Today's packed bus commute had shades of Winter 2015. When I got on the bus I saw that a trail had derailed at Ashmont. What can you do but shrug and hope to hit the green lights without sweating too much.
Oh, that's why the Red Line was a mess
as late as 9 AM.
