Man could have gone anywhere after he escaped a New Hampshire prison; he chose Downtown Crossing

And he did not choose wisely, because the guy, with Nine Inch Nails and Korn tattoos, was arrested at Washington and School streets today, WBZ reports.

Nothing says NH like a Korn tattoo.

Downtown Crossing and the stretch of Tremont across from Park Street is like an open air drug market, and well known as such.

Why do the residents and workers of DTX have to deal with these losers from NH? Last year I was outside cafe Nero in DTX and a transit cop started talking to this guy near me. Turns out the guy had purposely broke an orange line window and was arrested. This loser kept telling the cop he hated Boston and couldn't wait to get back to NH. Then get your loser ass back to NH. You think we want you destroying our subway? I'm tired of suburbs sending all their problems to the cities.

I used to carry narcan, but stopped about a year ago because things have improved.

This guy could have gotten drugs cheaper and probably more discretely in NH.

Sorry but the drug thing? Possibly even more intense in smaller cities and rural areas now. That urban = drugs is a myth.

You're tired of suburbs sending all their problems to the cities? Which suburbs do this? And how exactly do they do this? Do you think they go around grabbing their undesirables and put them on buses to Boston?

Why the hell can't we do the same with Downtown Crossing?

This guy hightailed it to DTX because he knew that's where he could score.

Is a Mayor like Giuliani and selling some of the property to Disney.

You think Boston is up for that?
