A roving UHub photographer looked up at the Haymarket Green Line station this morning and spotted this hawk flitting about from perch to perch.

Except for the rodents, that is.
Tasty squab for the holidays!
Business Opportunity for the MBTA
Can I rent him/her for the alley out back?
Great example of nature at it
Great example of nature at it's best. Those birds are so smart they know the ins and outside of the stations and are the best at keeping the rat population down. They are our last hope at making sure Boston doesn't become NYC.
I watched a rat hop into a garbage bin in Haymarket on the GL platform, so s/he's definitely in good spot!
What type of hawk?
Is that a red tail hawk?
