Nine displaced by fire on Warner Street in Dorchester; firefighter injured

The Boston Fire Department reports a fire at 41/43 Warner St. was called in around 3 a.m.

Nine residents of the two-family house were made homeless. A firefighter was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, the department says.

The fire caused an estimated $100,000 in damage, the department says. The cause is under investigation.
