Pho Yuen Dong, a fairly new Vietnamese restaurant in Quincy, may just be the best place for Vietnamese food in the Boston area. Everything here, from the pho ga to the vermicelli with grilled beef to the pad Thai, to the spring rolls, is outstanding.
