As an essential employee I feel that in truth we are Disposable Employees. I receive no hazzard pay and when we get back to the new normal all this talk about treating Essentials better will be forgotten, and we will remain making a low wage.

Sure, for some people, gestures like this are the most they'll ever give you. But not everyone. You might take a look at the work of some organizations such as Jobs With Justice, for example.

Not everyone thinks you're disposable.
