Great work, BPD. Thank you.

Question: Can anyone with better research skills than me tell me why, in the state with the supposed toughest gun laws in the US, Karmau Cotton-Landers is on the street after his 2017 charge? A 3 minute search (Plus Adam's story) found that plus others.

2017 Gun charge:

2017: Being a jerk

2014: Retaliating against a witness and receiving stolen property:

2014: Assault with dangerous weapon

It says he was caught with a knife not a gun in 2017

It was the guy he was with who was charged for the gun. I've deleted "gun" from the reference in the original post.

For non-Bostonians: one side is on the Commons, the other side is towards the Charles.
Cheers existed on the Commons side but at the foot of the hill.
